Computer Rebuild $700

Hello everyone, I'm back to rebuilding my PC. My current one is actually relatively new, built a year ago. However, I am planning to sell it for more than I spent on it to gain a profit mainly because I enjoy building computers and I don't like my computer as it is.

i5 2500k 4.2GHz

MSI Z68A G43 G3 (such a bad budget motherboard, don't buy it please)
Gigabyte Radeon HD 6850
8GB DDR3 G.Skill RAM
500GB Seagate Barracuda
550 OCZ Fatal1ty PSU
Antec 300 Illusion

Approximate Purchase Date: Whenever I can sell my computer

Budget Range: $700 before rebates

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, Recording

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: newegg, microcenter

Location: USA

Parts Not Required: Windows 8, 120GB SSD (will use to hold myself over until Christmas for a HDD), Monitor, Mouse, Keyboard

Parts Preferences: Intel, Sandy Bridge (Ivy Bridge too hot for OC)

Overclocking: Yes, definitely, trying for 5.0GHz

SLI or Crossfire: A possibility

Your Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080 , 1680x1050

Additional Comments: Needs to be relatively fancy looking, quiet if possible

gpu:good but i think http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102999 would be better

RAM:awesome

psu:i don't know i have never had a XClio psu but i do recommend http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139020 and the lower wattage is because the 7850 only uses about 130 of power max at stock even overclocked it is about 150 so this will be more than enough

case:i do recommend that you get cheaper but you get to look at it so you get to buy it

I think for a 7850 you might be able to get away with the 550W XFX. But considering its about the same price, I think its a good buy.

My friend currently runs an i5 3570k at 5GHz w/ dual 660 ti's on the same PSU.

I'm wondering whether an Enermax ETD-T60 w/ a 200mm side fan or a EVGA superclock w/o a 200mm side side (doesn't fit T.T) will have better cooling.
