When I switched from AT&T U-Verse to Comcast, my desktop is hooked up with ethernet cable;however, I cannot get online even though my laptop and smart phones connect through a wireless router. I have talked to several sources, but no one can get me connected. Is there something on my desktop that is preventing access through Comcast.
