Big difference between Intel 3350P and 3450?

Hey guys, thanks for taking the time to read my thread and giving me some advice (hopefully).

I am fairly new to computer hardware and would like some input on chosing between the Intel 3350p and 3450 i5 Processors for my new build. I am a casual gamer (some mmo,skyrim etc) and I am not planning on overclocking at all. I will be using a 2 gtx 460 SLI hookup (got a good deal on them and I know they will easily be able to do what I want).

Honestly I am just wondering if the extra $20 are worth it for the integrated graphics? Also if anybody has a good motherboard recommendation that would be fantastic (currently going with the ASRock Z77 Extreme4)!

3450 has integrated graphics, 3350P does not.
3450 also has 200 mhz higher turbo clockrate.

Don't forget you can force 400mhz more out of each core with Z77 or Z75 (cheaper). Not sure about H77 but have seen folks saying it works. Watch your temps.

I've had good luck with this ASRock.
