Is your ip address static or dynamic .If its static ip address , then you can't change it or else if its dynamic ip address then you can change it by resetting your modem.After changing it check your internet ip address at http://www.ip-details.com/ .Here they display your network ip address ,location ,country ,latitude ,longitude etc..
