I just put together a new build today:
CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler
Motherboard: ASRock Z77 Extreme4 ATX LGA1155 Motherboard
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 670 2GB Video Card
Power Supply: Corsair 750W ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply

On first boot everything worked great. I installed windows 7 64 bit Home Premium on my SSD, installed my Rosewill RNS-G300lx wireless network card drivers, then shut the computer down. I then ziptied my cords, installed the wireless network card, moved my cpu fan to the opposite side of the cooling fins (had it wrong the first time), and put the case sides on.
On the 2nd boot, no display. When I took out the GPU, I got a display and booted fine with on-board. Tried different HDMI cords, VGA cords, monitors, etc. Checked all my cables, no bad connections. Tried new power cables, moving to other PCI slot, but no luck. The GPU fan does spin.

This is my first build. I've looked at other threads, but couldn't find a situation quite like mine where the first boot was fine.

I'd appreciate any advice!
