Having a big head on anti-dust silent case building

Hi all,

I am trying to put together an anti-dust silent (yet high performance) PC.

My component list include the following:

CPU Intel E3 1230V2 (for its low TDP)
Mobo AsRock Z77 Extreme 4 (or -M)
RAM Kingston Hyper-X 8GB x 2 or Corsair Vengance 8GB x 2
Video ATI Raedon HD 7970 + Accelero Xtreme 7970 custom cooler
HDD 3TB Seagate HDD
PSU Seasonic X 860 (almost running in silent mode)

Now I am having a big head choosing the PC case.

I read various websites and seems the best including

Corsair 600D
Silverstone FT02
Antec P183

but each of them needs custom mods on dust filter to make it work. I am aiming to build something that needs only to clean the filters ... and I want to build it positive pressure.

Any suggestion on the filtering mods and special fans? How can I achieve maximum anti-dust?
