PCI-E and EPS

does it matter if I plugged in EPS connector to my GPU (HD 6770) instead of PCI-E connector? PSU is FSP Aurum Gold 700W

While they both supply +12v and ground, the two connectors are not keyed the same. The only way to plug the EPS cable in would be to force it. The quick answer is not to do it. Your PSU has 4 PCIe power cables available.

I realized that I was wrong and that I correctly plugged in the PCIe power cable, not the EPS .
