G-unit's build is good kinda... if you decide to upgrade your GPU, like you said you were, you would be better off to get an i3-3220, it's only $10 more.
To get a case more like the look of the Raidmax, but much higher quality, get this.

I included the A10 because it's a quad core CPU and it includes above average onboard video so the OP doesn't have to use that GPU. And for the price the CPU's performance is very on par with the i3-3220. It actually beats it in a few areas and can be very heavily overclocked if you disable the onboard GPU - where the i3 doesn't have that option.

Also, for a GPU, this one is better and cheaper after the rebate...

Raidmax cases are complete garbage - stay very very very very far away from them. You also don't want to cheap out on the power supply - that included one is likely to blow up or short out on you. Hitachi HDs are also very unreliable. The sound card isn't needed either - and neither are the extra lights. Don't waste money on things you don't need and are useless. And you don't need to spend $48.99 on a keyboard when you can spend that elsewhere. That video card won't get you any sort of frame rates on anything.

I think I would trash that whole build actually and go for something like this:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: AMD A10-5800K 3.8GHz Quad-Core Processor ($119.99 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: ASRock FM2A75 Pro4 ATX FM2 Motherboard ($86.97 @ Newegg)
Memory: G.Skill Ares Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($38.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($88.98 @ Newegg)
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon HD 7770 1GB Video Card ($126.97 @ Newegg)
Case: NZXT Source 210 (White) ATX Mid Tower Case ($45.98 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: Corsair Builder 500W 80 PLUS Certified ATX12V Power Supply ($51.98 @ Newegg)
Optical Drive: Lite-On iHAS124-04 DVD/CD Writer ($17.49 @ SuperBiiz)
Total: $577.35
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

If you don't want the GPU yet the 5800K has a far better onboard video card than your existing GPU does.

If you go with an i3, you will need another mobo, so get this.

It is also cheaper than the board above, but it is still a great board.

Finally, you can get a barracuda 1TB HDD for less money.

Other than that, everything G-unit said was true.

They're pretty much exactly the same.

The Samsung is actually a rebranded Seagate. Peel the stickers off and they're essentially the exact same drive.

No - do not purchase a Raidmax case no matter how good it looks, they will fall apart on you and they have no cable management or airflow, and you don't want to trust your new components to a case that's a major POS. Raiidmax cases are among the absolute worst in the industry. They have flashy lights but they have horrendous build quality. Do not buy one, I can't stress that enough. Don't say we didn't warn you.

That NZXT is a major step up from Raidcrap, but I'm not the biggest fan of the flashier cases. I like much simpler designs and cases that don't have doors. If you want one like that consider the Antec 300 V2.
