Choosing wattage for power supply

Here are the components I currently have installed in my PC. I need to purchase a new power supply because mine just popped and died.

I can't find the purchase history for the hard drive and I am at work but it is in there too.

^ List is full of absolute trash.

A system with a single GTX 460 in it needs a recommended 500w power supply. Stick with the quality brands. Corsair, Seasonic, PC Power and Cooling, XFX, Silverstone, Enermax, OCZ, Antec and the higher efficiency Rosewill units.
