About to buy a new system and since money is tight the best PSU I can afford is the XFX. Will it be enough to run a standard no overclocked system with a gtx660

I use a 650W PSU for my 660 though I do plan to use dual graphics a t some point.
Here's the info copy and pasted from Nvidia:

Minimum System Power Requirement (W)5: 450W
5 - Not applicable to OEM or System Builder configurations - contact system manufacturer for more details. Minimum PSU requirements are based on estimated total system power. Lower power configurations are possible using lower total power system configurations (CPU, Storage, Memory).

So it depend on the power used by the rest of your system, CPU, Fand, Memory, etc.

It will power it fine, i used to use an XFX 450W Core Edition with my HD 7950 and an i5-2500K, which uses a lot more power than a GTX 660.

It'll easily power it.

I have an intel core i5 3470 which has a pretty low power consumption
