Ok I am getting this case
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

AKA Coolmaster HAF if you already know what that is otherwise theres the link...
I have msi gtx 680 and the twin froster forces good amount of air and it will be going toward the window in that case. So for the side fan which tipically suchs in cool air should i make it force hot air out instead of intake going against the GPU hot air flow towards it. Say left side is side of case...thats my bad diagram of how it would go if that fan was left as an intake

Your card shouldn't be blowing the hot air to the side. The fan on your card should suck from the side and blow out the back. Side of case should always be intake.
