No Display on monitor

Hello,
My monitor is not showing any display.
And if I try to check some settings on it it says pls check the signal cable,while same monitor when connected to other CPU is working fine.
And when same CPU is connected to other screen it says no signal.
Kindly Help me to resolve the problem.

Its an assembled CPU with Asus Motherboard with 2GB RAM
samsung LCD screen attatched to it.

Check psu fanning is spining or cpu fan is spining?
