How to use ICS with 2 wireless adapters on same laptop

Help!!!!!
I had this working once before, but can't seem to remember how.
Have a netbook running XP SP3 with a built in wifi. Added USB wireless adapter to connect to internet and was using internal wifi to connect to Netgear router. Used Network Config Wizard to set up ICS and everything was fine.
Had a Win7 machine connected to Netgear and it got internet no problem.

As a result of router reset, I had to go back and re-config everything. Now, Win 7 machine can't get internet.

Could run Ad-Hoc but need longer range and security that router gives me.

    To Clarify:
I log in to my ISP via USB wirless adapter named Inet (no modem involved) as you would as if you were at a hotel, which brings you to a login in page. I can login just fine and get internet on the Netbook.
Then I connect to router using internal wifi on Netbook named WiFi.
Then run Network Config Wizard to set-up ICS thru Inet adapter.
