Is this the right CPU cooler?

Hi,
I'm looking into buying an intel i5 3570k and I'm wondering if this cooler:

will be good enough to overclock with it.

Don't know if it matter but this is the motherboard: Gigabyte Z77-D3H
and the case is Aero Cool Syclone II.

That is a great coolerand you should be able to do a good overclock with it , be careful on what memory you plan to use, a low profile type if you plan to populate all four slots.

Ok thanks. I'm getting 8GB of RAM.
Also would I be able to put this Cooler into a pre-built PC? Like a computer that comes already built?

You have to check the specs. on the case, but I think the Hyper 212 EVO is 160mm in height.
