M60 mouse broken

Recently got a Corsair M60 mouse and my computer recognizes it as a Microsoft drivers and when I try to install the firmware update it fails, please help

First I would install Corsairs software and drivers for the mouse then try the firmware upgrade. If you still have issues after that use this link.
