I wanted to ask you guys if I can use this graphics card (PCI-e 2.1) in my PCI-e 2.0 Motherboard

GRAPHICS CARD : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150521

MOTHERBOARD : http://www.gigabyte.us/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3970#ov

More about graphic card compatiblity
  1. I would go with the 6870 as long as the gtx 560 is not the ti version...but as far as compatibility goes you are fine that motheboard will support that video card no problem the only thing you should think about is if your psu has enough wattage for the new gpu
