Hello , I'm looking for some help , I have GTX 650 graphics card 4 GB ddr2 ram and Core 2 duo 6400 @ 2.13 Ghz and I have low fps at alot of games , I suspect that my CPU is too weak . Because when I play games on lowest settings I get the same FPS when I play them at ultra setting . So I wonna know am I right (that my CPU is too weak) or am I wrong .
If its because of my CPU tell me to what CPU I should upgrade (something cheap and good for gaming).
