Suggest me a best CPU

I want to assemble a CPU for the graphical use but I don't want any complication with it please suggest me a best set of the CPU components

Depends. Do you have a Intel or an AMD socket? If you are wanting to just have good graphics or play games, I would personally suggest getting the i5-2500k or the i7-3550k. Both have an unlocked multiplier which will allow for overclocking if wanted, and run really good with gaming. If you get the i7, the stock speeds are at 3.5GHz but if wanting to overclock, your mobo should have an easy option to be able to do so. Just depends on what you are going to be using the processor the most for.
