Radeon hd 3200 wont uninstall

I uninstalled my 3200 and put in a 5450. My computer somehow is still picking up the old 3200, even tho i have disabled and uninstalled it. It randomly reinstalls itself. This is preventing me from updating my drivers for my 5450. Catalyst will only pick up my 3200 and install drivers for that. Any help?

Did you connect the monitor the graphics card (HD 5450) or the monitor?

Yes. I have no clue why it is doing this.

In the history of being on this forum, I can remember three issues exactly like yours. However, the only solution that helped for them all was reinstall of windows.
