It is possible with Oxygen Phone Manager II ( http://www.opm-2.com/ ).
Oxygen Phone Manager II enables to manage address fields directly in its
internal format, or import corresponding fields from Lotus Notes, MS
Outllook, Windows Address Book or .CSV format.
