I've done a good amount of "research" on all the parts, and they all have good reviews, and are compatible with each other. I am also willing to consider whole new builds but with AMD parts instead because they are cheaper. Thank you for reading and thanks in advance for help. :)

Swap to a H77 board, or downgrade to a Sandy Bridge chip. P67/H61 boards require a BIOS upgrade before they can support Ivy Bridge CPU's (which requires a Sandy CPU to do).

Up the speed of the RAM to 1600Mhz.

Dont bother with the low end Keplers, the 7750 is a much better option.
There isnt a comparison between the 7750 and 630 on Anandtech, but the fact that the 650 (more powerful than the 630) is only matching the 7750 should be evidence enough.

Swap the PSU to a different brand like Corsair, Seasonic or XFX.

The OS can just be Win 7 Home Premium 64bit, dont need anything more than that.

Otherwise looks good.
