I plan on building my first rig(a budget gaming one). I did some research on parts and these are what I'm considering. I'm looking for some input. My MAX budget is $700 but I'm looking to go cheaper

The total comes to about $667 (or $647 after rebates) without shipping. I would consider this a decent price considering what this build includes a monitor. I choose to use Newegg as my pricing reference. But if its possible to get these parts cheaper I don't mind using other websites, so long as they're reliable site. I'm open to refurbished and open-box products but only if they are reasonable.

Approximate Purchase Date: next month

Budget Range: $700 MAX, but I'm looking to go as cheap as I can go

System Usage from Most to Least Important: gaming(SC2,Diablo 3,DOTA,Hon), surfing the net, and schoolwork.
-With the gaming, I want to stream videos online

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/ls5c. normally i would say get an i5 3570k but thats out of your budget, but a 2500k is not. I did go over budget by $15 dollars.if its a big issues you can downgrade the hdd to 500 instead of 1tb or downgrade to an i5 2400 and drop the cm 212
