I live in Brasil, so the prices don't translate because of our heavy taxes on imports.
But if you'd still like to know, it's R$400 firm.
This is the website I'm working with www.balaodainformatica.com.br

R$400 is my budget for the GFX, R$2000 for the entire build.
AMD FX 4100 (6100 is also an option)
Asus M5A78L-M LX mobo
Kingston 2x4gb DDDR3 1333mhz
Seagate barracuda 500gb 7200rpm SATA
nVidia Gefore GTX 550 TI (P3-1557-KR or GV-N550D5-1GI, not sure which is better but the first seems to be cheaper and have higher clock speeds)
ATX 110V/220V 500W REAL 24PIN - DSA-500VE
Case=Coletek 3T731 BK-41
LG E2241V 21.5" LED Full HD monitor

Cheers bud. I would love to be back home in Aussie to build this (I could afford top of the line stuff, but unfortunately I'm living in Brazil for the foreseeable future and the import tax here is astronomical.
I can't even order parts from the US because anything over US$50 has a 60% tax on it.
