My system ran Crysis 2 just fine when I had my 550 TI video card, the FX-4300 in theory should do as well as or better than my Phenom II as far as the monitor, I'd suggest a 1080p, although if your 600 budget has to cover the monitor as well as the system, its gonna go overbudget.

I 6870 like Outlander suggested is better than my old 550 TI, although I'd try to get a 7850 in there if you can:

And yes, as mentioned CoolerMaster is an absolutely terrible brand for Power supplies. if you're on a budget, I'd suggest something like a Corsair CX500v2. Yes, it costs a little more, theres a reason for it.

The motherboard you're looking at is very cheap, you may find yourself wanting to save up longer til you have a better budget, you shouldn't cheap out on certain things. Motherboards and power supplies are big offenders for cheaping out on.

This is a good 1080p monitor, but it will set you back $190.. The one I have is basically the same, just bigger:
