Disable Router Outlets

Hello, I am looking to disable 3 out of the 4 outlets on my router. There are 4 places where a cable can be inserted and I want to disable 3 of them so that internet service only comes out of one. Is that possible? Thanks.

Take the router out of the circuit. Plug in directly to the Cable/DSL modem.
