Build is Finalised! Just can't get the Right Mobo! HELP!

so, guys i need some help to decide.

a few months ago i was given the advice to go for Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H.

the only thing which is causing me a dilemma is the SLI: opting for a Windforce, the SLI support must be a Quad one. yet the Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H supports only 2 way. on the Sabertooth supports a quad interface.

which one should i go for according to you? what do you think of Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD5H as an alternative?

btw, i would appriciate if someone could suggest me a good UPS. the following link illustrates the possible build:

Pretty sure you can do Quad-SLI on any board that can handle 2-way, as quad means 2x590/690. Only a very select few Z77 boards (such as the G1.Sniper 3) can do 4-way SLI or CF.
