i would go for the tx650, if amazon uk could deliver in 1 month. 1 to 3 moths is WAY to much time

Spending some extra on this section of your pc will pay off in long run. Better PSU means not more watt but something that is from a reputable manufacturer and with good reviews also 80 bronze or gold rated.

Hi - I wouldn't touch Coolermaster, of those two pages you linked, I think
the only 2 psu's possibly worth considering are:
