This is my first computer build, and I want it to be a good gaming pc, but I also want it to be a reasonably good value. The only thing that is set in stone is the motherboard.
Please help me identify any bottlenecks or overpowered components. Thanks for your time.

Motherboard: EVGA Z68 SLI Micro

Case: Antec Nine Hundred (I want one with a side window--but this is pricey!)

HDD: WD Blue 1tb (WD10EZEX)

Power Supply: Rosewill Rx 750w

RAM: Corsair Vengeance (2x 4gb) DDR3 1866

Processor: Intel i5-3570K (I do intend to overclock.)

SSD: Samsung 830 256GB

If you do intend to overclock, you need a CPU fan. A CoolerMaster Hyper 212 EVO would work.

Thanks for the advice, I'll definitely get a fan for the processor.

Not entirely sure about that motherboard, the thing set in stone, because you want to overclock.
Overclocking with a Z68 is... finicky, I want to say, if you want to overclock, maybe bump to a cheap Z75/Z77, otherwise, you can overclock with it, its just a bit more tricky to do.

A Z77 motherboard would be a better option than a Z68 motherboard.

That's a good recommendation. Didn't catch that.

when i was reading your build i felt that i really must post an advice to this guy , but Deemo13 and kiowa789 did well , what is your cpu you are gonna use anyway ?

The processor I'm planning on is an Intel i5-3570K.

I already have the motherboard, so I believe the expense for a second one would be unjustified. I'll be able to get it to work.
