Sound Blaster Live! 5.1 problem

I have a SoundBlaster Live! 5.1 card (OEM), and for some reason I can only hear sound's through one of the 4 output's. Everything is updated, it's just sound comes out of only one!

the card might be bad ?take it back for a new one

My first guess is that it's Creagive's famous drivers. But it might be a bad card.
