Yes, ok so its like this... I want to buy a cheap wifi booster (I guess a booster is what I need?)

Basically I'm getting wifi from my neighbors, however my nephew has a terribad wifi card on his laptop, instead of buying him a new one of going through the hassle of making sure he wont lose it etc (plus i want to play on my ds, it doesn't get internet via crap wifi card either)

So, what do I need to take this unencrypted/secure signal and bounce a low speed signal into my general area but have it be secured?

Note! I want to control max download/upload speed so as to not get them annoyed with me grabbing to much bandwidth

Also, I don't really have access to the wifi router, I can get in the admin page and muck about though
