List of what I'm at as of now, just want to know if there's anything better for the same price or cheaper. If the increase is minimal for the cost don't bother. And this is a overclocking build

It's worth the extra $10 at microcenter to get the i5 3570k. Here's a comparison http://www.anandtech.com/bench/Product/701?vs=288 Also I know you said no crossfire but maybe in a year or so you might want to and with the msi mobo you can have two pci-e 3.0 x8/x8

Alright I changed the cpu mobo and ram like you suggested. But I also changed the case because I didn't want an extremely boring one and the power supply I changed because it was more Watts for less but I'm not sure if it's better or worse than the last one which was a (PC Power & Cooling Silencer MK lll 500W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V Power Supply)

Do you have any input on the monitor, right now I'm between the Asus VE248H 24.0" Monitor and Asus VH236H 23.0" Monitor

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/mMwU (Incase) Wanted some last second opinions going to start buying parts over the weekend and throughout the month. I might change the monitor but I would still keep it at 1920x1080. Really just wondering if there's anything on sale for less right now that's different from those parts but the same performance or better.

Still looking for some last second suggestions on parts; if possible trying to save money without giving up performance.
