Hello, I've installed the correct WN111V2 3.1 set up and device manager tells me that the driver (Range Max Wireless-N Usb Adapter WN111V2) is installed and working correctly. I try to open Netgear Smart Wizard and it appears for 2 seconds and then disappears no where to be seen. Then i tried to use Windows Network and Sharing Center > Manage wireless networks > Add wireless network and then it says an unexpected error has occured 
i've spent 2 days uninstalling and reinstalling hoping it will work but it won't. Im at about to smash this stupid usb dongle into a million pieces >=| anyone have any ideas?
