Hi, I'm new to building Computers and I would really like to build a good one so basically i was searching the Internet for Computer parts and i built one now the question lies here... Is the computer that i built good enough should i buy it or not?

CPU: AMD FX-8120 3.1GHz 8-Core Processor $149.99

Crysis 2
HomeFront
Medal Of honor advanced warfighter

So im looking to running high end games SKYRIM and those new stuff if you think i can run it or not, and if i cannot run it please tell me what to change

Get an i3-3220; much better for gaming. If budget is very tight get a G2120.

H77 or B75 mobo.

Get 2x4GB DDR3-1600 CL9 1.5V RAM. That's 1.65V, and you can get better stuff at the same price.

Get a 7200RPM HDD.

See if you can fit a 7850 eg: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102999 into your budget.

No need for a sound card; onboard is fine.

That's quite a cheap case. You might want to spend a few dollars more.

PSU isn't enough, especially with an FX CPU. Go for at least 430W, and even that is tight with an i5 and 7850.
