I cant seem to find any driver for my asus GC

Hello,

I have an ASUS A43SA with a AMD HD 6730M bought in Singapour and im properly horrified by the crappy driver update release from ASUS.

I have installed ASUS live update and Im horrified because there was NO driver update since mid 2011 on their website:

I tried downloading the catalyst drivers froms AMD itself but the programm tell me its not compatible (wtf?).

Where could I find news drivers to follow the new video games release? Skyrim look ridiculous for my specs...

Any idea and suggestion is welcome...

So which Catalyst package did you download from AMD? And what exactly was the error message you received when you tried to install it?

The message was the one on:

So as advised on AMD's support page I went to Asus mainpage, searched my PC and reached here:

Where the most recent driver is SO 2011... Same on Asus LiveUPdate.

From the way I see it it look like you decided suddently to absolutely stop caring about this model since december 2011. Nothing new.

EDITED: Catalyst update offer me to update my catalyst from 11.12 to 12.8 and download the update... And then, crash.

I downloaded from the source page here: http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/windows/Pages/radeonmob_win7-64.aspx

Then full install with a fake windows crash. My catalyst is now 12.8. I have yet to test it.

The issue was bascally the autodetect ATI feathure that don't recognize my GC.
