560Ti SLI vs 670?

I am currently running a setup of

2 560TI superclocked
I52500K
750W PSU


I am considering selling the 560TI setup and going with a 670 2gb. my question is will i see any difference? also would i have any fitment issues due the the fact that i have a live gamer HD the sits in the PCI-e slot right under my top 560? Which is the better brand to buy EVGA or Gigabyte?

You'll probably see huge improvement in games that don't support SLI, but there are hardly any games like that. In other games, you'll see a small decrease in performance.
