Memory: Corsair Vengeance 16GB (4 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory

Storage hdd: Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

Storage ssd: Corsair Neutron Series GTX 120GB 2.5" Solid State Disk

Video Card: MSI GeForce GTX 660 Ti 2GB Video Card

Case: Thermaltake Level 10 GT Snow Edition ATX Full Tower Case

Power Supply: Corsair Professional 850W 80 PLUS Silver Certified ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 (64-bit)

i am also buying 4 corsair 120 sp fans for h100 and an af 140 for rear exhaust. This is my final decision i will not change anything im just seeking if when i build it everything will work perfectly

Couple of observations:
You don't need 16GB of RAM for gaming. If you do want 16GB for, say, video editing get 2x8GB (rather than 4x4).
Corsair SSD ok, but prefer OCZ Vertex4, Samsung 830, or Crucial M4.
You don't NEED a full tower case, but, obviously, nothing wrong with that, if you particularly like it.
I take it, you are thinking of 2nd GPU, in SLi, at some stage. 750w PSU more than enough.

Only observations. All will WORK, as is.

Good suggestions from the above poster, but also, the H100 is beaten by the cheaper Noctua D14.
