Can do the same thing except change the GPU to gtx 660 ti and get intel 330 ssd.

You may want to switch from the z77 mobo to an h77 mobo, unless it's involving one of those deals on Newegg with the RAM. Since you won't be overclocking with the CPU, you don't really need a z77 mobo (unless you plan to get an i5-3570k in the future, so you can overclock). Other than that, it doesn't look too bad overall.
