What can I upgrade my GE 8400 gs graphic card to?

I want to be able to play Bfbc2 without excessive video lag and under $100.

This is what I have in my computer right now. I hope its enough information

You're outta luck, unfortunately :( 

That CPU will bottleneck everything out there... I had an 8800GTS 320 that was bottlenecked substantially by that exact CPU.

You can put something like a Radeon 6670 (which is about $70 ish and roughly as powerful as my 8800GTS was) into your rig and it will definitely perform better than with an 8400, but I don't know if it will make BFBC2 playable.

IMO save up until you can buy a new PC.

power supply says coolmax v-500
and Im not sure how to tell what the case is

Well, a decent gaming laptop will cost you a lot more than a decent gaming PC, which you could probably put together for $400-$500 ish so long as you could use your current case, optical drive, and hard drive(s).

I haven't looked into gaming laptops really, since they're always overpriced for gaming compared to a desktop. I would imagine you're going to have to shell out at least $1000 for a gaming laptop and probably $1500-2000 for a nice one, but that's just an uneducated guess.
