I recently purchased a Dell Inspiron 9100 w XP PRO. I am
using a Scientic Atlanta Cable modem to connect to my
digital cable provider. I consistently get crash dumps
when accessing AOL and frequent dumps on Internet
accesses. I believe I also am getting crashes on Yahoo
mail. The Microsoft reports all say the crash was caused
by a device driver but they cannot be clear as to which
one, etc. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
Cable modem worked fine with WIN98 and Gateway laptop.

Hi
Could you please post the Stop Code(s) that accompanies the BSOD(s)?
