I want to buy the 18 inch up to 20 inch lcd but not sure what brand?? I do heavy gaming and im afraid of slow refresh rates because i purchased on 2 years ago and sent it back because of refresh rates where bad playing cs or ut2003. So have they improved since then and what is the best i can get up to 20 inch??

The best response time I've seen is 25ms which is okay but I'm waiting for 16ms on a 19" or 20" before I buy.

I have no idea when we might see those.
