Catalyst Control Center NOT OPENING, NEED HELP!

I downloaded the latest drivers for CCC (12.8) and ever since CCC will not open. The icon dissapeared from the taskbar, and when I try to open it with the shortcut, nothing happens. I usually have it to open on startup, and when I restart nothing happens.

I also tried installing an earlier driver. The AMD website only has 12.8 and 12.7 Beta, and I get the same crap from 12.7...

Another problem I have is that idk what driver but before I installed 12.8 I was getting BSODS from a bad driver, so I can't system restore it back to when it works. 12.6 i think it was.

Anyone know how to fix this?

have you installed the driver or CCC ?

Did you uninstall your previous drivers with Driver Fusion or at least Driver Sweeper from safe mode? Not doing so before installing new ones can have effects such as what you've stated.
