Is this a bottleneck and a good choise for a gaming pc?

You should be fine, but you might want to overclock the CPU a little if you play any CPU-limited games and they don't give you satisfactory performance.

I'm not sure if I'd consider buying that PSU. I had to look at the box in the picture just to see the brand name and I'm not familiar with them. That PSU is also a higher wattage PSU than I'd recommend for your computer. I wouldn't go above say 500 or 600w. You don't want a PSU to be too much for a computer just as much as you don't want it to not be enough and you really don't want to skimp on quality.
