[First Build] Need advice on my first build

Power Supplies: Silverstone Strider 500W ST50F-ES
CPU: Intel Core i5 3570K
Software: Microsoft Windows 8 64bit OEM

will this computer be good to make.
any suggestions on what to change try and keep it around the price it is at if you can.

I'm not familiar with the case, but that actually looks like a good build to me. Make sure you get the Low Profile version of that Vengeance RAM so it doesn't interfere with your HSF if you're overclocking. If you're not overclocking, save some money by switching to an i5 3450 or 3470. You'll get basically the same performance at stock speeds for $40-50 less.

your RAM is fine but one thing i don't see is a cpu cooler are you planning on overclocking your cpu?

Corsair makes two versions of that same memory, one just has the big goofy heat spreaders that stick up and can interfere with a 3rd party CPU cooler. You may have already picked out the right ones, but there's no hyperlink in your list.
