Ivy Bridge and motherboards

I was reading a few articles here...If I was to go for an Ivy bridge processor, which motherboard chipset will benefit the best? and why?

And just your opinions, what are the cons of these chipsets?

Z77 is the general consensus.
OC and Crossfire/SLI ability, as well as PCI-E 3.0.

Though most recent chipsets have the 3.0.

I don't think there are any cons other than it's too advanced for the current GPUs.
