What are people's thoughts on 'AMD Radeon HD 7660G + HD 7670M Dual'?

The laptop I am currently looking at purchasing has AMD Radeon HD 7660G + HD 7670M Dual Graphics

I have been doing a lot of reading up on this dual graphics setup, and every article seems to mention the potential of microstutters, and that it does not see much of a significant gain over a single HD 7670M.

I'm new to PC gaming, and heading to post-secondary school in a few days, but I wanted to try to get into non-console gaming, so I thought I would go with a mid-level laptop.

Would an AMD A10-4600M + HD 7670M be acceptable to play games like Starcraft 2 and Guild Wars 2 in mediocre quality?
