So I have finally finished picking out my parts for my gaming pc build and I am wondering if they are all good and work together, and are good quality.

The one thing I don't have yet is a monitor and I am having trouble picking it. (Please tell me what one is best for gaming and web browsing etc.) Best quality and picture quality. Price range -Under $200-

ASUS VS Series VS247H-P Black 23.6" 2ms LED Backlight Widescreen LCD Monitor

I have picked this one out so far, Looks good. But are there any better one out there would like a 23-24 inch.

personally i recommend this monitor from acer:
http://www.amazon.com/Asus-VS247H-P-24-Inch-Full-HD-Monitor/dp/B005BZNDS0/ref=cm_cmu_pg__header
it is a 24 inch monitor, i have 3 of these monitors in a eyefinity setup, they have excellent viewing angles and colour reproduction.
Your build looks great though i heavily disagree with one choice, i would replace the 670 with the amd xfx 7970 3gb:
http://www.ncix.ca/products/?sku=67172&vpn=FX797ATDFC&manufacture=XFX&promoid=1296
It is $340 after a mail in rebate and is far superior compared to a gtx 670, one draw back is it requires a little more power so i would need to replace your power supply with one that is a little more powerful, i recommend the xfx 650w core edition:
it will provide more stable power than the rosewill and will support all of your rig without getting very loud.

It is a great monitor using an ips panel, the only downside is that it only has a refresh rate of 60hz, but to be fair no monitor with a refresh rate above 60hz for under $200 can be bought, finally, that monitor is 6 dollars cheaper on amazon.com (with the link i showed you.), i use it for gaming in an eyefinity setup and it works brilliantly. If you don't take my word on it read the reviews, its got 5 eggs on newegg and 4.5 stars on amazon, just read a few of the reviews before finalise anything.

With the led monitor do you find that it strains your eyes? I have heard people saying that.

ive never experienced strain with an led monitor and neither has anybody else i know, people often say that reflective panels can strain your eyes, but this screen is matte so it doesn't concern this monitor

I use this HD and it works great: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822152185

If you swap the PSU the rest of the build looks good, I say go for it.
