HD6450 Causing 3 beeps on startup

PC is a gateway sx2801-01e running win 7 home premium 64bit 6gb ddr3 intel e5500

graphics card was an ASUS silent HD6450

Posted here yesterday

Beep code with the graphics card in is 1 long 2 short, pause, repeat

If it is the first code and its "memory not supported RDRAM" would that indicate:
Does this mean the memory on the HD6450 is bad

or

Does this mean the memory on the HD6450 is in conflict with the GMA X4500

Are you connecting the monitor cable to the graphics card or the motherboard?

its been done both ways independently and simultaneously for S&G...

There is however a notice in my Action Center stating that the "ATI Graphics Driver has stopped working" however when i click view msg details and open a "solution" the solution always fails to load.
