What is the system going to be used for?

You'll have to drop a tier on a few items to gain any significant cost savings.

If it was for gaming, you could drop to an i3. If it wasn't for gaming, you could drop a tier or 2 on the video card.

If this is for gaming, you can lose the overclocking ability and get an i5-3470 with a H77 motherboard to save some cash while maintaining performance.

Also, how much is each part? One of them must be really expensive.
