There was a problem starting msiemq32.dll

hi iam getting a rundll error dialog box after appearing desktop and the message shows like "There was a problem starting msiemq32.dll". And it shows "specified module could not find".

can any give the solution for the error. thank you

Thank you very much colley i first tried to cleanup the registry but not solved,then i restored my windows to earlier point its solved.
