First time build, need advice

GPU: Galaxy GeForce GTX 660 GC 2GB
OS: Microsoft Windows 8 64bit OEM
PSU: Antec VP450P 450W Power Supply
RAM: Corsair Vengeance CML8GX3M2A1600C9 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3
Mothereboard: Gigabyte GA-H77M-D3H Motherboard
Optical Drive: Samsung SH-224BB/BEBS SATA DVDRW Drive OEM
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 500GB ST500DM002
Processor: Intel Core i5 3470

Is this build ok?
If possible I would like to save money in any area possible.
Any advice would be much apprecited

That all looks pretty good. There is no obvious "excess fat", that leads to easy ways to save money, without reducing performance, or quality.
Personally, I would slightly prefer the Gigabyte version of that GPU, at the same price, although you should check if there are any significant differences, in RMA/support, where you are.
